All products sold on Digi Vault are digital in nature. Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been delivered or made accessible to you.
3. No Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase on digivaulthouse.com, you expressly agree to the following:
- You waive your right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider for any delivered digital product.
- If you experience a technical issue, a problem with your order, or are unsatisfied for any reason, you agree to contact us directly at support@digivaulthouse.com within 48 hours of your purchase before pursuing any other remedy.
- We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback filed in violation of these terms and to submit this agreement, along with proof of digital delivery, as evidence to your financial institution.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically upon confirmation of payment. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct. Digi Vault is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email address or spam filters.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made on your account, you must contact us immediately at support@digivaulthouse.com. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
All digital products sold by Digi Vault are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce any purchased digital product without express written permission from Digi Vault.
7. Limitation of Liability
Digi Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
